At Tri Star Virtual Schools, we make sure your child starts their educational journey right. Our K-8 program is designed to develop vital critical thinking and problem solving skills, while building reading, writing, and math skills. Our curriculum builds a strong foundation on which they can build for their future.
K-5 Students
K-5: Students engage with curriculum that guides them through developmental touchstones, at a pace that matches their progress. Have an avid reader that soars above their grade level? We’ll match that enthusiasm to build their vocabulary and further their writing skills. Is your student struggling to understand multiplication? Our teachers can slow down and provide individual guidance in one-on-one sessions to bring them up to speed.
The goal is simple: set a solid base on which they can develop their interests and overcome challenges.
6-8 Students
Our middle school curriculum uses those fundamental skills as a launchpad, allowing students to find their academic footing as individuals. uBu pathways allow students to explore subjects through an engaging lens, one where Language Arts, Math, and Science come to life.
A student prone to doodling in class may be encouraged to make a comic instead of a book report to merge reading comprehension and creative expression. If that same student struggles understanding the scientific method, their teacher might encourage them to draw out the steps to build problem solving skills.
